Spinach Penne Pasta with Linguica
Recipe created for Mello's Chourico by Rosie Hatch (Instagram)
INGREDIENTS:
2 links Mello’s Linguica, sliced
3 cups penne pasta
1½ cups vodka sauce
1 handful fresh spinach, roughly chopped
Parmesan cheese
INSTRUCTIONS:
Cook penne pasta until al dente.
Add pasta back to pot then heat on low and add vodka sauce, spinach, and linguica.
Allow to cook on low until spinach is wilted and sauce is hot.
Serve on plates and top with Parmesan cheese.
