Fried Rice with Linguica

INGREDIENTS:

  • Mello's Linguica, sliced

  • Cooked white rice

  • Pork loin, cut into strips

  • 4 slices of bacon

  • 1 scrambled egg, cut into strips

  • Partially cooked broccoli

  • Snow peas

  • 1 onion, chopped

  • ½ red pepper, cut into strips

  • Julienne carrots

  • Honey teriyaki sauce

INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. Cook the linguica, pork loin, bacon, onions, and peppers with some oil.

  2. Add all of the other ingredients. Simmer to warm all.
