Chourico is a smoked, 100% pork sausage made with all natural casing. Chourico franks are made with the same ground pork you’d find in our ground chourico packages. It includes the same blend of fine spices, but is produced in a much smaller diameter – similar to a hot dog size. Chourico franks can be grilled, baked, or boiled and added to hot dog buns. They also make a great addition to any breakfast entrée.
